The M2S exists to advance medical acquisition project management, as well as provide technical expertise up, down, and across the U.S. Army medical acquisition domain.
Product Manager Holistic Health & Fitness (PdM H2F)
Mission: Product Manager Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) provides comprehensive, timely and agile acquisition support to the Army’s H2F program; supporting Maneuver Center of Excellence’s (MCoE) mission by ensuring organizational access to the personnel, equipment and data management required for the implementation and execution of the H2F domains, thus increasing operational effectiveness, unit readiness and warfighter performance.

- Deploy Holistic Health and Fitness Data Management System (H2FMS)
- Modernize data systems to enable performance analytics and decision making
- Integrate AI/ML tools for decision support and logistics
- Build and sustain a professional human performance workforce across the Total Army through contracts
- Standardize equipment sets and sustainment packages for all components
- Coordinate procurement, rigorous testing, and seamless integration of all human-performance capabilities across the enterprise, including Apex Path.
Product Manager Soldier Hospitalization (PdM SH)
Mission: To ensure that the warfighter receives the highest level of medical support through the effective management and provision of hospital sets, equipment, and shelters. As the Program Management shop, we are dedicated to the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of advanced medical equipment and hospital sets that are critical for Role of Care 3 operations. Our focus is on delivering reliable, state-of-the-art medical solutions that enable healthcare providers to offer superior care in both combat and peacetime scenarios. We strive to enhance the readiness and operational effectiveness of our medical facilities, ensuring that our warfighters have access to the best medical support available.
