Mission:
The Binocular Night Observation Device (BiNOD) is a dual-tube, white phosphor image intensifier binocular night vision system that provides improved depth perception, optimal resolution, enhanced clarity and recognition range in low light conditions. BiNOD will replace legacy AN/PVS-7 and AN/PVS-14 systems.
